CURRENT PROJECTS

1.  We are currently involved in the manufacturing of panels for building
envelopes of major projects in the lower mainland.

2.   We are currently manning 6 residential high rise projects.

        Tandem Tower “C” on Dawson St. in Burnaby

        OMA Twin Towers on Madison Avenue in Burnaby

        Encore Residences on Rochester St in Coquitlam

        Skyline on Broadway

3.   We are the sheet metal HVAC contractor on the highly publicized Bental 5
phase 2. Vancouver’s first vertically phased project involving adding 11 floors
to and existing 22 story office building.   

4.   We are the sheet metal HVAC contractor on The Vine project on Broadway St in Vancouver. This is a combination commercial retail outlet space on the ground level
with three residential towers on top.
